This is what we know about you, why we know it, and what we never do with it.
What we have
- Your account: an email address and a password (stored hashed), or your GitHub identity if you sign in with GitHub.
- The repositories you connect or the code you upload — that's the product.
- Your apps' environment variables, encrypted before they're stored.
- Your apps' logs and deploy history, so you can see what happened and we can fix what broke.
- Billing identifiers from Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — Stripe's own checkout handles them.
What we use it for
Building and running your apps, emailing you about your account and your bill (like the notice before your price changes), and keeping the platform safe — deployed apps are checked against Google Safe Browsing.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't track you. There are no analytics or advertising cookies here — the one cookie we set is the session that keeps you signed in.
Who else processes it
Four kinds of companies help us run this, and each gets only what its job needs:
- Stripe, for payments.
- GitHub, for the repository access you grant.
- Resend, for delivering our emails.
- The data-center providers our servers run on.
Your control
Your managed Postgres database is yours: it's backed up automatically, and you can export it or delete everything anytime. Deleting an app — or your account — deletes its data with it. Environment variables are encrypted at rest.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. If your subscription ends, paused apps keep their data safe so you can come back; if you delete your account, the data goes with it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we say so — by email or on this page — before the change applies.
