myclaudeapp.com ("we") puts the app you built on the internet: connect a repository, press deploy, and get a running app with a database and HTTPS at your own myclaudeapp.com address. These terms say what you can expect from us and what we expect from you — in plain language, because that's how we'd want to read them too.
Your account
- Give us a real email address — it's how we reach you about your apps and your bill.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. What happens under your account is yours to answer for.
- You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content stays yours
Your code and your data belong to you. You give us just the permission we need to do the job you're paying for: build your app, run it, store it, back it up, and serve it to the people who visit it. We claim nothing beyond that.
What you can't use it for
Don't deploy things that hurt people. That means no:
- content that's illegal where you or we operate,
- phishing, or pretending to be someone you're not,
- malware, or anything designed to attack or overload other systems,
- spam, or schemes built to dodge the fair-use limits.
We scan deployed apps against Google Safe Browsing, and we can pause an app that endangers other people. When we do, we tell you and say why — unless telling you would help the abuse continue.
Price and billing
$0.99/month for your first 3 months, then $5/month, billed through Stripe. One app included, then $5 for each extra. We email you before the first $5 charge, and we don't change what you pay without asking you first.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime, in one click. Your app keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Charges that already happened aren't refunded automatically — if a charge looks wrong to you, write to us and we'll look at it.
If a payment fails
If your subscription ends, your apps pause and your data stays safe. Fix the payment and pick up where you left off.
The limits of the plan
Apps sleep after a day with no visitors and wake in a few seconds when someone visits — you can turn that off with one toggle. CPU and memory are fair-use: fine for almost everything, and if your app outgrows it, we tell you before anything costs more.
The limits of our promises
This service is priced like a sandwich and run with care, but we can't promise it never breaks, and we don't offer an uptime guarantee. Your database is backed up automatically and you can export it anytime — for anything you truly can't lose, keep your own copy too. If we're ever liable to you, it's capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.
Ending or changing the service
We can change the product, and we can suspend accounts that break these terms. If the service ever shuts down, you get advance notice and time to export everything.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we say so — by email or on this page — before the change applies.
